We had a lovely warm welcome and the apartment exceeded our expectations, with its spaciousness, cleanliness, and great amenities. The location was perfect, with restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and the beach just a short walk away. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a pool on the property.

We did experience some issues during our stay. One of the staff members who came to register us was quite abrupt and seemed rude.

Marvellous location just off a quiet area and walking distance to the beach, the city center and supermarket, everything fantastic. Location near local restaurants. A huge variety of places to eat nearby, including Caffe Porco Rosso. Amicable people work here. Warm rooms overall with a balcony. A walk-in shower and fresh towels available. Special atmosphere, pool is nice.

The apartments were like a romantic paradise with all the modern comforts you could ask for. Our kitchen was so well equipped, it made me feel like a MasterChef contestant! The proximity to the sea was just incredible, only 150m away. It was like having our own private beach just a stone's throw from our doorstep. The barbecue and terrace area added a lovely touch to our stay. We enjoyed grilling delicious meals and dining alfresco under the stars. The swimming pool, surrounded by orange trees, provided the perfect spot for relaxation. We soaked up the sun while enjoying refreshing swims.

Communication for the tax exchange could have been smoother.

We were blown away by the warm welcome, spacious and bright apartment, and the incredibly comfortable bed. The amenities were top-notch, and the long balcony was a bonus. Despite the pool being a bit cloudy, the location was perfect with restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and the beach within walking distance. We highly recommend Pizzeria Ivo for delicious food at great value. The nearby towns of Split, Omis, and Makarska are all worth a visit. We felt right at home thanks to the helpful and friendly host, the sweet Auntie who looked after us, and Anto who provided airport transportation. We will definitely be back! The apartment and the people were the best we've experienced in this area.

We had a fantastic stay at the apartment! Mikuljan and his auntie, who greeted us, were so helpful and accommodating. The pool area was also lovely, with clean water and a perfect place to relax. The location was ideal, with restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and the beach all within walking distance. We highly recommend Pizzeria Ivo, just a short walk away. it was a homey and quiet area, and we felt welcomed and at home throughout our stay. I recently stayed at Mikuljan Apartments in Split for a few days. The apartment was modern, well-equipped, and had comfortable beds. The hosts were friendly and even gave us a lift into the city when we arrived. The pool was a great size and never too busy. The location was in a nice area, just a few minutes from the beach and bars/restaurants. I would definitely stay here again if I'm back in the area.
